License Transfer

<p>I tried all ways to get support from snaware.com. Maybe I'll get some support here. I've been struggeling for more than a month now to transfer my license key to another computer. 1st Pc is not working so i can't get the old key. I did send my proof of payment but the only recieve snotty comments. </p>
