I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Snuggly SA. I placed an order for a gown on 25 July 2025 and was assured I’d receive a call with an update that never happened. To date, I’ve received no communication, no follow-up, and no delivery. Today is the 10th of August, and I still have not received my order. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when promises are made and not kept. If you're unable to fulfil an order, at the very least communicate that to your customers. I am now requesting a refund if the item cannot be delivered as promised. I would strongly urge potential customers not to order from this company to avoid a similar experience. Considering the lack of delivery and communication, I am now looking into opening a ***** case.

The service I received from Delmie was exceptional. Despite the challenges of managing a large corporate order, Delmie assured me that everything would be handled smoothly. With only 24 hours to process and deliver the order, Delmie went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready in time for my event. The delivery was professional, the products were of high quality, and the personalization on each of the 28 items was outstanding. Thank you, Delmie. We will definitely be using your services again.

It’s a good feeling to leave a positive review. Sadly, this is not one of those. I stumbled across snuggly.co.za when looking for a Valentine’s gift for my wife. They supply cotton bathrobes that look very good and I’m sure my wife would love one. I ordered one on Jan 29. Expected delivery Feb 7’ish. The site has a caveat that supply shortages can affect the delivery date. That’s understood. The problem is I sent three email queries for a status. Feb 07, Feb 08, Feb 12. I received no replies. And, yes, I checked the Junk and Bin folders. I have opened a dispute with FNB’s fraud department. This is so sad. It could have been avoided with a short email to say they are experiencing supply problems and the bathrobe will be delayed until March. Instead, they are about to fight the might of FNB and deal with a bad review on HelloPeter.

Returned a item on 8 December requesting a refund. Contacted them again numerous times without any luck. Was promised a refund on 6 Jan and now almost 3 weeks later still no reply and no refund.
