My money used to pay someone else's bills
I sold my property and they took my money and paid the levies and rates for the new owner. They are very unprofessional. I'm still waiting for my money, they're not really helpful.

Don't use them
My biggest nightmare that ABSA appointed SDJ as the estate executors. They have all the time in the world and make you wait and don't even answer emails. The longer I wait the more concerned I am if they are at all competent for this. I will definitively take my last will and testament away from ABSA to ensure my estate does not end up with them.

Don't use them

The level of services we are receiving from Roua Pienaar is truly one of the best we have experienced She is helpful friendly and compassionate in every way dealing with the Late estate of my brother and my mom and she goes the 100 miles extras. Thank you Roua.

Ek sal nie eens 'n ster gee nie, my pa is al 2 jaar en 'n maand terug oorlede, ek sukkel al vir meer as 'n jaar en 'n half om die huis geverkoop te kry, die huis staan hulle breek in en steel die huis leeg, ek bel en probeer dinge laat gebeur maar hulle doen net niks, baie verskonings, en blameer Nelspruit se hof vir uitstaande dokumente, nou is die koop van die huis gekanselleer agv hulle, so hoe nou gemaak? Mens bel hulle dan antwoord hulle ook nie, eks al so gatvol, ABSA, julle is net so pateties want hoekom stel julle hulle aan as eksekuteurs as hulle nie eens hulle werk kan doen nie, eks gatvol verby,

DO NOT USE THE ATTORNEYS FOR A DECEASED ESTATE!
My father passed away in 22 October 2017. His testament specified that that ABSA to be the executor and ABSA appointed Snyman de Jager attorneys. To date it has been 5.5 years and nothing has been finalised. Every time I have called, I have been promised that they are working with it and it is in the final registration phase. This is the worst service I’ve ever experience and not what a person would expect from bank like ABSA or any registered branch of attorneys. I would recommend that ABSA and Snyman de Jager not be used as an executor. Clearly the attorneys and/or ABSA are incompetent in handling deceased estates.
