Keys work, but company ghosted after requesting more licenses

Bought 1x office 2021 pro flus package and 1x windows 11 pro upgrade key. Both worked and still works.

The only bad thing is after requesting to have the physical keys delivered, they informed me it was sent to the wrong address. After requesting to have the keys sent our address as originally asked, they have completely ignored my emails, phone calls, what’s app messages. Called mutiple times, phoned multiple times, sent messages multiple times, completely ghosted.

Do not use this company and waste your money. Prices are cheap, but support is not existent.
