Program will not activate and no support to resolve

It seems I have experienced the same issue as Jason B below. Initially great service but from 19 June they are not replying to Wapps, email, chatbot on their website or answering the phone. The program I bought would not activate and initially they said they would fix it via Teamviewer but now ghosting me since 19 June - no replies. Lets see if they reply to this!?
