NO ELECTRICITY AND MUNICIPALITY NOT ASSISTING

We have been without electricity for 3 days in 42 Du Toitspan Road and no one is attending to the matter since we have reported it on Saturday. Today we followed up on the matter and was told that the person who is supposed to attend won't be able to. Kindly advise on way forward regarding this.
