Payment made, no delivery – unresolved and concerning

I am sharing my experience to warn other consumers.

I made payment to Solaer (www.solaer.co.za) for a product that was not delivered as agreed. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I was left out of pocket with no satisfactory outcome.

After this experience, I discovered multiple reports from other customers describing almost identical situations. This strongly suggests a pattern rather than an isolated issue.

I would urge anyone considering doing business with this company to proceed with extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before making any payments.
