Solar-boks scam

I ordered a new 6kwh li ion solar battery from them but instead when unwrapping the plastic wrap found that it is an old secondhand resprayed battery. Original color was red. The battery is not working anhas a permanent alarm. I brought it to the dealers Luwis attention but he only responded that he is sorry. I am out of R15000.00 and still sit with an old unusable battery. Please do not do business with these people. They are scammers.
