ran into Solar energy store when I was looking for backup system for my home then I contacted them. They told me they only operate online as an online store which seemed a bit shady to me so I did not purchase the same day I wanted to make sure they legitimate. After 3 days I decided to place an order of simply a 5kva inverter(Five star) with 8x 100AH 12v gel batteries(Goldshine), and they actually delivered after 3 or 4 days and everything came in mint condition. I'm giving a 3 star because communication was not too well with clients.

System does not conform to requirements
I bought a solar energy system from Soar Energy Group [URL Removed] on 17/03/2015. Firstly their approved installer did a very poor installation. They had no idea of any installation recommendations and used totally wrong wiring to the inverter. Secondly, the system was specified to supply 9 kWh per day. I hardly get 6 kWh per day, average is about 5.5 kWh per day. I left numerous phone messages and even went their twice to complain but they do not assist and do not call back. I hold them responsible to fix the system or replace it to achieve the specified energy. I'm very dissipointed and will never recommen them to prospective buyers.
