Solarenergysuppliers is dodgy

We ordered a Lithium battery on 1 March for our solar solution.

The battery was delivered but it was a revamped second hand battery. After numerous follow-ups, they promised to swop the battery for a new one. According to Adrian this was an error on their side.

To date we have been unable to contact them telephonically- the calls just go straight through to voicemail.

The website is inactive and the e-mails bounce back.
