Payment with no delivery.

I purchased a foldable Solar panel from Solar Magnet. I was quoted a price of R6500. Plus a delivery charge of R150. I paid the full amount and was informed that the product would be delivered. The courier company sent me a email requesting a R3500 refundable insurance which i subsequently declined informing them that i woul carry the risk. The couriers informed me that they would not deliver if i did not pay for the insurance. I have made various attempts to contact Solar Magnet without any response. I would appreciate it if you could assist me as i am physically handicapped and need the solar panel to charge my wheelchair during load shedding🙏🙏
