Suspected ****
I ordered and paid for a Blue Nova 108amp hour Lithium battery, to find out that the banking details had been changed to from a company to a private person. They are not responding to emails, WhatsApp's and phone calls.

I have tried to contact Jerry (person I originally dealt with) on the following numbers: 0108259437 or 0833170823
My last conversation with Jerry was on Tuesday morning 17th February with regards to the delivery of the item I bought.
He said he would and he would get back to me before 10h00. At 11h50 I still had not heard from him, I then sent a WhatsApp to Jerry asking him what the status was and why he did not answer my phone calls, WhatsApp's and emails, to date I have still not heard anything from him.
I have the correspondence on WhatsApp as well as email which I have kept, I suspect that this is a **** as I could not contact Jerry.
Who requested a refund? The money has gone out of my account. Surely, I would have had to fill in documentation to get a refund, please provide proof of the documentation.
Given the above I do not feel for one minute that this a negative review as the issue to date has not been resolved.
