Company gone bankrupt?
I was probably one of the last people to receive items from this company. I do not believe that the company is/was a scam as much as they went belly up. Regardless, definitely criminal to accept people's money knowing that you do not have the capacity and ability to deliver on items. I purchased and paid 50% for panels and an inverter from them in December 2021. The panels were delivered on 12 January 2022 after which they requested the remaining 50% before delivering the inverter. At this point I was provided with a different bank account for the second payment. (In hindsight I realise now that their other bank account by then were already overdrawn and closed out). After payment of the outstanding amount, they kept in touch with "out of stock" and "waiting on supplier" excuses, until they just went quiet on 2 February and I haven't received any communication or have been able to reach anybody at the company ever since. For what it is worth, I opened a case of theft at the Durbanville police station (CAS71/2/2022) and tried to recoup the funds via my bank. My bank confirmed that the 2 accounts that I transacted to have been closed. Their website is still up and running and I have noticed some recent updates to the site. So somebody there is still alive. Chances are very bleak, but I am still hopeful that they manage to get back on their feet and somehow refund all the money owed to their clients.

SolarCube order goods not delivered money lost
Place an order and payd for the goods. Never received my goods. Lost R52000. No respond from them from mail or phone.

Beware!! Solarcube.co.za wait until you pay - Then takes your money and no product delivery
This shop acts very fishy!!! - My dad bought some solar panels from them - very helpful in answering questions etc. until he payed them. Then no correspondence anymore. You can't call them or anything. Also did not deliver on the promised date - still waiting for the product. We checked out there location - it is a fake address in Bloemfontein - Langenhoven park - owed by a different business that actually complains about SolarCube using their address. So decide for yourself if you have money to throw away at these guys - their solar panels promised some specs which sound a bit too good to be true - so beware they seems to lure one in that way.

I believe this company does not exist. Their e-mails does not go through their phone number ends in a message and no response is received. Google streetview of their address shows a nursery in Bloemfontein.

SCAM
Completely disgusted with their service. Pretty sure this whole bussiness is a scam. Emailed to check if they have the items I want in stock, they swiftly replied. I placed my order on the 15th of December ( express delivery), by the 23rd I had not received anything yet and emailed again. The sales departement let me know that the order payment was missed and they will send it out asap. I still don’t have my products, I have sent multiple emails but no response. Please do not support this scam!!
