Solarent installed a Heatbox geyser at my property in Portlands, Mplain in 2020. Their receipts clearly state that the geyser has a warranty of 5years. Now that its leaking im told its only 3 years warranty.... and...oh... the company no longer exists. They not even willng to come and assess what the problem is. Their admin person is very rude.

Amazing service as well as after sales service. Competitively priced. Cannot fault them. I've dealt with two seperate teams so far and they have both been friendly, polite, informative and a delight to deal with. From Peter the sales rep to the installation teams to the ladies at the office, everyone adds something to this fabulous company. Highly recommended!

<p>Complain:</p> <p>I was waiting for a site inspection that was supposed to take place on 6 September 2016 at 15:00.</p> <p>After arranging at work and organising to be at home nobody pitch.</p> <p>I phoned and was told by Margaret Molakeng that the guy is buy at some other place.</p> <p>I would like to know why nobody could have phoned me and inform me, and why my time was wasted like this.</p> <p>I cannot do business like this.</p> <p> </p>

Ek installeer 'n solar geyser deur Solarent en die manne kom doen die werk.<br> Als lyk reg soos wat hulle praat. Ons gaan toe weg op vakansie en met die terugkom slag sien ek hoe daar water van die dak afloop.<br> <br> Klim op die dak en sien 'n boud wat los is en dit lek die heeltyd. Bel vir Solarent en die manne kom uit om na die geyser te kom kyk. Die man op die dak s?, dit is asgevolg van druk wat te veel is wat veroorsaak het dat die een boud los gekom het. Dit is seker my skuld?<br> <br> Vra vir Marc dat dit hulle dit nie reg vasgedraai het nie, maar sy antwoord: Dit kon enige iets wees wat veroorsaak het dat dit lek.<br> <br> Ons water rekening was nog nooit ho?r as R190 'n maand nie en ewe skielik kry ons een oor die R500 en gebruik meer as dubbel die hoeveelheid water ?n ons was nie eers by die huis nie.<br> <br> Marc se antwoord. Ons kan nie vasstel wanneer dit begin lek het nie. Bied my 'n bottetjie olyfolie aan vir enige ongerief wat hulle veroorsaak het. Wat van betaal die waterrekening.<br> <br> As dit 'n maatskappy is wat deur kaapstad munisipaliteit aangestel is begin ek wonder wat het van goeie maatskappye geword.<br> <br> Uiterse swak diens.
