It's a pity that there are so few reviews here for Solarway Suppliers, especially considering that they are one of the few reputable suppliers that offer good prices and incredible service. 4.8/5.0 from over 1200 reviews on Google says it all. I can honestly highly recommend them.

just nowNEW-Edit Delete I purchased a property which has solar panels/inverter/batteries already installed. The system is 2 years old. The batteries have a 7 year warranty. One of the batteries is faulty and SOLARWAY SUPPIERS will not honour the warranty because the warranty is not registered under my name, but the previous owner. HOW RIDICULOUS!!! Am I first person to buy a house with a system installed ??? If I sell my 2 year old car, the warranty passes to the new owner!! WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS **** COMPANY

Careful, aftersales service is a joke. They sell their own brand of batteries called Cyclone and they are riddled with flaws and issues; they can't keep up with units being recalled. We are installers and most of the batteries they supp**** are faulty. I cannot recommend this company.

What a pleasure to deal with such a supplier. I bought a 5kVA package. It was COMPLETE with all necessary QUALITY switches, wiring and roof attachments for the PV's. And pre as well as post purchase assistance by their staff (Carlynne) was efficient and immediate. Such a difference compared to a large East Rand supplier that I dealt with 3 months prior

Ordered solar panels from them that are still listed as being available and received a mail stating that my request is being processed. Then everything went quiet. 2 days later I sent a mail to find out what was happening and I got a quick response to apologize for the late reply and soon after that I received my quote / proforma invoice but it now stated that they do not have the panels in their shop but in a warehouse and will arrive the following week ( 3 - 6 April ) Phoned Monday to find out when the panels will arrive and then the run around started. Lucky for me no money was paid except for the wasted effort in contacting them. I fail to figure out where all the good reviews are coming from and the names being mentioned because I have not encountered them in my dealings with Solarway. Seems they have lost their edge in 2023?? If something happens in the meanwhile I will amend my review but I'm sitting on my fingers till then.

Well I must say their service is disgusting, we placed an order on the internet via their website, the "KIT" we ordered was a complete "KIT" ready for installation. Their feedback was horrible, we received an invoice once we had paid for the "KIT" and checked their website to make sure it was processed only to find out the order was cancelled, we contacted YNR/Solarway and the confirmed the order was OK but the "change-over" switch was short due to a fault in the equipment, could they not have informed us to the situation, I was willing to collect the "KIT" without the "change-over . I arrived today to collect my "KIT" and after waiting for 2 hours to load my good was happily told they did not have the battery for the "KIT". My question is how can someone run a business that blatantly misleads their customers by false advertising on their website and selling goods they do not have in stock, and also does not provide any true feedback to their customers as to the state of the order. I think companies like this should take responsibility for their actions and accept the repercussion's of doing business like this. Signed Truly MIFFED
