Damaged car and bad service

I installed a Smash and Grab window tint at Solashayde in Randburg and everything was great until I checked the interior of the back of the car. <br> <br> The back door panel has been cracked and glued back together which looks extremely messy. In addition to this, the plastic piece that secures the door panel is missing. The worst part about this is that I was not notified about it.<br> I can't understand how they damage my car, use glue to try hide it and then think that I wouldn't notice. This is poor workmanship, unprofessional and unethical all at the same time. I am highly disappointed. <br> <br>
