If you've ordered from SOLE COUTURE then your money is gone
They are a **** site,since I ordered from them on 24 November 2024,even today they I haven't received my order,their numbers and emails that are on the site are inactive, once you've paid them for an order just know the money is gone

If you've ordered from SOLE COUTURE then your money is gone
They are a **** site,since I ordered from them on 24 November 2024,even today they I haven't received my order,their numbers and emails that are on the site are inactive, once you've paid them for an order just know the money is gone

Bad Service and not trust worthy
I bought sneakers on 30 November 2024 but i have not received my order. No communication from them and it’s 12 January 2025 now. They don’t answer phone calls and don't respond to WhatsApps .

☹️☹️☹️ Unhappy customer
I bought 3 pairs of sneakers , They sent wrong size for my son , Instead of sending size 9 for kids they sent size 9 for adults , And on that order i mistakenly choose 1 pair twice and they promised to refund me my money R1300 till today nothing has reflected on my account , They told me to wait 7 to day's , It's more than 10 days now nothing on my account

Becareful
I ordered sneakers on 5 dec...still have not received it..it now 4 Jan..they don't respond to messages yet daily on Instagram.. after much hounding, they sent me a courier slip..when I phoned courier guy to track my order, they said the courier was canceled. Does this sound like a legitimate business to you? Becareful...money taken from me and no sneakers 1 month later.....all my messages are being ignored. I have had NO communication from Sole Couture.
