Fails complete work paid for

Eben started with my kitchen in October 2014 and to date still has not come back to compete the last work . <br> <br> Fails to return calls or messages .<br> <br> Promises to revert Monday - not sure which Monday that is meant to be .<br> <br> Took my payment and now tells me he has cash flow problems yet is taking on new work and has monies coming in from that .
