Luckily i have all the proof and evidence that Solidariteit never took my case further. I also have recorded my conversation with Dirk where he confirmed that they are not going to help me further and that he is going to cancel my membership. If my membership was cancelled on my request the must show proof where i gave the request, sign and agree to cancel it. This is all lies. The question is why are they advertise services and let me pay membership fees if they don’t do what they promised and due to the fact i am still unemployed because Solidariteit never assist.

Good day Louis. Your written cancellation request was received on the 15th of February 2023. This matter was previously dealt with by Solidarity’s Head of General Litigation department.

Bull**** there were no written cancellation from my side then you must send proof. Luckily i have the conversation recorded where Dirk said that Solidariteit is not willing to help me any further with my case and that he is going to cancel my membership without my permission. Solidarity's head office never dealt with my unfair dismissal case after i send them all the evidence and recordings where my previous company HR department and Management did ***** to get rid of me. I have sent Dirk at Solidariteit all the documentation and he refuse to help me further and just canceled my membership after I pay for being a member for years. Solidariteit must stop making promises that they can't supply they only making these promises to get members and then they can't supply the services. This also happened to a few people I know they just want to eat money and don't do their job.

However, I must confirm that following our notification that we could not declare a dispute regarding the dismissals of your former colleagues, you replied on 15 May 2023, explicitly stating: “... ek wil dan my lidmaatskap met julle kanselleer...” (“... I therefore wish to cancel my membership with you...”). In accordance with this clear request, we subsequently processed the cancellation of your membership. I am afraid that your continued disagreement on this forum clearly confirms that we have reached an impasse on this matter. As we have exhausted all internal avenues, we cannot take this issue any further. Kind regards, Solidariteit
