Solidariteit legal advice and membership a ****
You pay for legal advice. Then Solidarité legal advisers refer you to a 3rd party. Serfontein Viljoen & Swart, whom you then pay to send a letter of demand. But when you approach the court to get a summons, the court tells you this lawyer is no good, as they should have known that their letter of demand did not comply with the court's minimum standard . This after having paid for this letter and having to beg for a response from Serfontein Viljoen & Swart. And Solidarity's reaction to this mess, their advisors caused .... absolutely nothing, no response, no acknowledgement, no solution, just a call at the end of the month demanding their monthly subscription fee. definitely not some one you can relay on in a time of need or any other time

Yes I'm am in contack with the lawers firm .
I had no choice as soldarityd made no effort to address the matter and still cont8nus to make use of the same partners that can't proved the service
Why did soldarityd not intervene and address the issues when it what first brought to the atention. Why has soldarityd still not responded to the email asking for help and complaints. Im more then happy to share the emails here so that the invidukes and organization names can be made public and it will follow them around .
