Misleading 'Discounts' and Unfair Cancellation Fees – Avoid This Retailer
Scandalous!! Their website lists 'discounts' which are not actually discounts (they are the same price as prices found elsewhere at the normal price). THEN! If you want to cancel, they have a 10% 'administration' fee. Such a ****. People - stick to Makro, Takealot, and Amazon and other big retailers.

Uitstekende diens van Marius, Solly Kramers Parkhurst
Baie Dankie aan Solly Kramers Parkhurst vir hulle uitstekende hulp, diens en ekstra myle! Ek wou graag n Jameson 18yrs koop, maar die meeste verskaffers was “out of stock”. Marius het dadelik ‘n plan gemaak en spoedig vir my n bottel gekry; die giftpack is sopas in Pretoria afgelewer, en Marius het selfs moeite gedoen met n geskenksak en mooi verpakking, waarvoor ek nie gevra het nie! Hulle prys was baie kompeterend en amper R 700 goedkoper as Takealot. Weereens en Nogmaals baie dankie Marius! Julle het Definitief n nuwe Klient bygekry!

Pathetic Management Attitude
A disgusting attitude from management at 11:05 this morning, 23 June 2022, as I was 'told off' for not wearing a mask.... I explained nicely that there is no longer a law in this regard to then 'have it explained to me' about Government Gazette's... Better to: A) Lose the attitude B) stick what you good at and sell alcohol and no think you are a lawyer South Africa needs to get back on its fee and move forward and get the economy working. Having 'power hungry' managers in shops waving the finger has no place any longer.

Best service ever
What good service, and just coming after adjusted L3 lockdown! Wow! they were so efficient that i did not even expect delivery today, but items were delivered within 3 days! will definitely support them going forward (my first order with them).

Solly Kramer's Parkhurst beautiful shop
Friendly staff and beautiful shop. Went in store to buy a certain type of liquor and ended up buying other types of liquor too. They have such a wide range of products too. Will be back soon.
