My main issue is when a store fails to recognize a genuine customer. I purchased a pair of plum open boots a few weeks ago, but soon after wearing them, I noticed the plastic had cracked. I visited the store multiple times, showing them the damaged boots, but they continued to send me away, promising they'd call, yet no follow-up has been made. I bought these boots last October, and even laid them by before purchasing. I returned within six months, explained that I am a loyal customer who loves the plum brand, but still received no assistance. All I wanted was a replacement for my defective boots."

I will never recommend Solo shoes to anyone because they did not even take pains to respond or to attend my problem, even when I was at their store at Matlosana Mall the lady who is working there did not want to use their land line saying they are not allowed to do that if I want to call head office I need to use my phone. So it is clear that Solo store and its management do not know customer service.

I layby a pair of white shoes from solo shoes last year at Potchefstroom Mooirivier and when I went there I saw a message that says the shop is closed so we can check our shoes at solo shoes,Matlosana Mall. I went to Matlosana Mall and told them that I need to paid up my shoes but I need to change them as I do not need the white colour now so they told me that it won’t be possible because the items are not loaded in their system yet, and I kept on checking them until last month they told me that the items are loaded when I went there to change the item they told me that they are going to take 10% from the amount that I have paid because the layby had expired and I told them that but it was not my fault as I have been checking on them regularly but there was nothing happening, so I had to let them to take the 10% from the money because it was long story and the manager said I need to pay that 10% and they showed me the message that when the layby has expired the 10% should be taken and I told them that I do not dispute that but my matter is not the same, so I need solo to pay back my money because I did not fault them they are the one who did not treat me well.

I bought a pair of boots for a friend for her birthday, she did not have an issue with shoes, but when she wore the shoes she felt that they were uncomfortable, when she took the off she realized the boots had no inners which was a factory fault, I had bought shoes from them in store and online which I never had a problem with, I called sole shoes and spoke to Rito who requested for a picture and I sent it and he later sent me another picture after investigation to confirm that the boots had no factory inner and it a factory fault and sent me to festival mall where the shoes were sent from to return them for a proper pair. I went there and spoke to Palesa, who contacted the manager who seemed to be a lady and she said because the shoes were worn they will replace the inners, the inners they were going to replace were not faulty she then insisted on giving me size 6 inners for a size 5 pair of shoes she called the manager again who said I must take shoes and they will contact me because she is rushing for a meeting when I was instore, I refused and left the shoes there because why would they sell faulty shoes and refuse to replace them, how many visits must I take to the store, I mean that is the reason why I purchased online, now I must wait for them to come back to me, I mean what the hell is this? What company would sell a pair of shoes without inners, if the were normal shoes I would have noticed unfortunately this type of pair is stretch so we would have seen, we had to roll them down to check, the service today was horrible, and when I asked for the manager's name they refused to give it. I am disappointed, I am definitely not buying from solo again, I Want My Money BACK

I bought shoes at vaal mall on the 3rd of December 2023. I wore them for a night and wore them again on the 19th February 2024 when the heel of shoe broke. I went to solo vaal mall the same day and the sales person reported the case to Vincent and they both made a conclusion without through assessment that it is not factory fault and if I am unhappy with their verdict I should contact head office. I then went to make calls to head office and even sent an email with no reply or assistance, instead I am being given run around on who to call and when I call or get transferred I am told to call another person. Till date I am not assisted instead I am being made a fool of by both the store and head office.

I ordered shoes online and thanks to Rito, the experience was amazing. He kept in touch with me and let me know that some shoes are out of stock, but recommended ones that are similar to what I wanted and the delivery was so fast. The quality of the shoes are amazing. I absolutely love them!

I am deeply hurt by the staff at Solo Vaalmall I misplaced my daughters feeding bottle while shopping on for me when I came back 2 days after to be told that they threw it away it's all a lie feel they only took it for whatever reason but they agreed indeed I left it there am not happy
