Been a client for more than 9 year. The pas 13 months has been a roller coaster with them. We are constantly off line. When emailing them all you get is ref no with little to no follow up assistance. We have again been off line since Monday. Emailing and what app them just come to nothing. They currently have the worst customer service . It's extremely frustrating

I have had no Internet for THREE DAYS. I was first told its my connection only then your lying caught up to you and it's my whole area. Everyday you send a sms saying it will be fixed tomorrow 'apologies'. If I lived in an affluent area would you damn well care more!!!???? We need to WORK FROM HOME FOR GOD'S SAKE THIS IS APPALLING!!!!! I keep getting the run around you guys have disgusting service. On top of it do I get credited for the now FOUR DAYS I will have no internet?!!

I have had no Internet for THREE DAYS. I was first told its my connection only then your lying caught up to you and it's my whole area. Everyday you send a sms saying it will be fixed tomorrow 'apologies'. If I lived in an affluent area would you damn well care more!!!???? The worst service I ever have heard called them mailed them to resetting my password since monday they haven't done anything yet.

They are misleading, I 100% do not recommend. This company does not even honour its own contracts and when i call to get answers everyone says they will call back and no one does. DO NOT USE THEM!!

These people are slowly becoming TELKOM. I emailed them on Monday already regarding moving offices and to date no one responded. On my personal account I have logged a complaint at ICASA as well for false and misleading advertising as they boast cost effective, no interuption, fast reliable internet and my connection is **** beyond ****. People must just do proper research before making a decision and speak to people who have them as providers. Have a look at Hello Peter. You need to go through a couple of pages before you see a positive comment then another couple of pages to see another. Drive in Atlantis then you see all their skew poles the installing. Its shocking no wonder many people are not allowing them to install the poles in their backyards.

Your after sales service is a disgrace ! I waited a over a MONTH to have my Fibre installed after having to had to phone and send emails several times to the Montague Gardens branch. Eventually my Fibre is installed on 25.05 So first I get invoiced for Fibre that I haven't even used. That's my first issue - email sent 7/6 no feedback to date. I sent an email on 6/6/22 @ 08h08 to (customercare@herotel.com) customer care ?? How ironic complaining about the pathetic connection of my FABOLOUS FIBRE as advertised by your company but what a load of BULL ! Beautiful auto response that my complaint will be directed to my local office !! Again more BULL ! On the 7/06 @ 15h45 phone the Montague gardens branch and speak to Robyn, who then tells me that they never received my complaint, which ****ed me offset okay let me give her the benefit of the doubt she says that she has to speak to someone who is home, right fine give her my daughters number. NO callback from Robyn so I assume the Fibre is sorted, only for me to get home same **** different day. I once again call @ 17h39 speak to Jesse who says to me oh no my ticket was closed?? Why ?? Was yhe issue resolved??NO Jesse reopened the ticket and once again I was told we will give you feedback.. Its nearly 3 days later and still I haven't heard from anyone. So clearly this is common behavior in your company because Noone is interested in the customer. My wireless wifi gqce me ZERO problems now I can't even do anything without the network dipping. I pay for your services and I expect that my issues is resolved.

Very good company. I joined them when they were still sonic / fusion. They were my isp and fibre supplier. Before they were my adsl supplier. Very good bunch that work there.
