Normally if I call vodacom customer care they are great, much better than in store, but usually I get sms asking to review service, didn't this time but my person who assisted me was Nondudswa, on 135 helpline. Most lovely woman and took time even though my enquiry was for a small amount. She was great !!

My stupid sony XA2 does not stay on wifi I selected. This net work, on of three in my house, is a control network that manages my pool, irrigation, etc. No it jumps to my internet network, before I can even open controller web interface. I have disabled auto connect etc in settings. No difference.

I purchased a phone from telkom Sony Xperia. I am having endless problems with the phone. My husband and I took the same contract with the same phone, it freez a lot, software is terrible cos the phone just does its own thing. We paying R350 each for the contract and we having problems with this phone and we have to keep factory reseting the phone... A month ago I just received my phone from telkom after it went for repairs it came back with the same problem the camera just stops working. I just need Sony to replace my phone or it's gona get a lot intense.

I purchased a phone from telkom Sony Xperia. I am having endless problems with the phone. My husband and I took the same contract with the same phone, it freez a lot, software is terrible cos the phone just does its own thing. Reading the reviews about the Xperia XA1 and I’m wishing I’d done so before making the purchase. Literally 10 months in the camera (front and rear) was not working. I tool the phone in and it took a month in for repairs, only for it to return faulty. And this time it was the software. A year and a half in the touch screen was faulty and the device would freeze. Two months thereafter the phone would no longer charge, returned the phone to Foschini who for an entire two months could not get the phone booked with the support centre! The worst device I’ve ever purchased!!

SONY EXPERIA XA2. The phone screen kept switching off going blank, then it completely went off. It took me 2 weeks to just book it with repairs centres with everyone from SONY customer service giving me wrong information. I finally managed to book it and i know i will get problems or even major delays from them. Worst phone ever
