Not bad service as there is NO service

Not impressed with the service from Soundtech on line. Order placed before Christmas. I am continually following up and all I get are excuses. Not even able to get a refund. To date Soundtech have not initiated correspondence AT ALL. Lesson learnt, I will never use them again.
