Useless Saps

We called Saps 3 times to assist ADT that came to the terrible night club on the dam by Waterfront , Bubbles Champagne Garden. Often women screaming like been ****d! I went down with AdT who also called SAPS. No one came in a space of 1.5 hours no cops ! I was told he had to pull a car from Brits ?? Ridiculous lies. I saw three SAPS vehicles driving around Hennies tonight. In the day atleast 3 going shopping? Have they been bribed not to come to Bubbles? Domestic disputes ?**** loud music etc .This reaks off a pay off cover up.Usless! Woman begging to be let go.No SAPS no Woman's rights .Lazy and useless!
