Saqa ******ion

I app**** for SAQA evaluation back in 2015 and I successfully received the evaluation.

Recently i needed to do professional registration and im told i must have a new barcoded electronic certificate from saqa. I contacted SAQA and requested for the updated certificate only to be told that i have to reapply for evaluation and pay AGAIN an amount of R2125 for an evaluation that they already did before. They claim that before they did not contact the learning institution so the process must be redone.

How can they ask us to pay twice for the same service, an evaluation that they have already done and they have it on record. This is clear ******ion, a very unprofessional way of raising their own funds.

If there was a negative rating i would give it.
