I have been struggling with my banking app since November last year…every month I can’t log into my app to use my money or my app..when I phone in the keep on telling me to go to a branch,I have been doing that and I keep on saying to them that the closest bank is a whole hour away from me and who is going to pay my transport money up and down…they logged a call and phone me after a whole 25 days to ask do I still have the problem after I went into a branch to sort it out…I’m again on a call now with a team leader Nonotobeko mthunu telling me that I have to go into a branch…I’m so tired of struggling with the bank ref 1001144954 I have been with the bank for more the 2 years…I could not login into because I could not get an sms due to not paying my account on time and I’m standing on a minus on my bank
