Blatant disregard of reservation

After paying and confirming my stay in a Penthouse Suite with a view I was “upgraded” to a ground floor Suite with a view of a Garden wall. Dealing with an obtuse reception guaranteed an exit from this establishment. One should give serious consideration if planning to make use of this hotel.
