Southbound Golfie Bikes - Defective Parts not covered under Warranty I purchased two new Golfie Bikes this year and only after doing 30 odd kilometers on each, the control buttons have both snapped off and the plastic casing around the front chain cog has also cracked. In both these defective parts, Southbound have connected plastic directly to steel with no rubber washers - I think this is why they are defective. I have contacted the reseller and the feedback is that these parts are not covered by the warranty. This is unacceptable! The bikes are no longer useable as there are no controllers...

Poor warranty conditions. I purchased two electric Golfie Bikes about a month ago. The one bikes controller has snapped off and Southbound bikes state that it’s not covered by the warranty. If I d this completely unacceptable and would proceed with caution before considering one of their products.
