Great service
Frikkke was my driver from or Thambo to Port edward And I must say very friendly service and smooth travels. Will definitely recommend. On time and very pleasant trip.

GOOD SERVICE - VERY HAPPY CLIENT
Very helpful and easy to do bookings and good assistance via WhatsApp. On day of pickup in Port Shepstone and drop off at Airport - the driver - Hendrik was on time, very friendly and kind and always keeps you updated and care about your safety. Will definitely recommend and use Southern Shuttle again. Thank you for great service 👍😊👌❤️

GOOD SERVICE - VERY HAPPY CLIENT
Very helpful and easy to do bookings and good assistance via WhatsApp. On day of pickup in Port Shepstone and drop off at Airport - the driver - Hendrik was on time, very friendly and kind and always keeps you updated and care about your safety. Will definitely recommend and use Southern Shuttle again. Thank you for great service 👍😊👌❤️

This is not a business , its a ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional, the lady that does the booking is rude and arrogant. Biggest ****mers, she greed to a route that she knew very well they did not cover but she took the money and left us stranded in the middle of nowhere!!!!!!!!!!! Refused to refund us for the return. Will never use them even if they were the only shuttle in world.

Fantastic and affordable service.
Fantastic service, and well maintained vehicles. Affordable with friendly and helpful drivers. My 3rd time using their services without any problems. Well done southern shuttle. I'll most definitely become a regular.

Scammers!!!
This company was recommended by the hotel I was staying at, so I assumed it was reputable, I didn’t read the reviews but I see now that most ppl are complaining about the same thing…… They rob people money and hid behind their “T& C’s” ……. My ailing mother, infant and I were stuck at KS airport, because our flight was delayed due to the weather, which is CLEARLY an act of GOD!!! But I was told we will have to forfeit our money because they aren’t responsible, so basically I got scammed!!! Worst part I requested if they can not then use the same money for a return shuttle from the hotel to the airport when we leave, I was told no! I must rebook another shuttle. Not only was I stuck and the airport, I got scammed of R735.00 !!!! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, including my worst enemy, I will tell everyone I come across about them.

This Shuttle has really bad customer service. Their booking system is flawed and when you call to complain the lady in the office is hostile and rude. I was told their attorney will contact me for a defamation lawsuit for complaining about their bad service and making them aware of similar reviews on their website.
