Bad and good in one basket

South rand hospital (maternity ward )is well known for terrible service and I must say after somuch dread to deliver my baby at that hospital I was at the end of the day forced to due to circumstances. Nurses that were working late shift on the 18th of March 2025 very rude and cold hearted young people.I was ignored from 6:30 pm until 11pm when I slept on the bench then was I offered a bed rudely so . However I must commend the nurses that worked a day shift on the 19th of March 2025 together with the young doctor on that shift. Very friendly,that afternoon was so busy with deliveries we saw them push without rest or lunch all day.I delivered my baby safely in the warm hands of those ladies who treated me with so much respect and professionalism for that I just wanna say thank you and it's a pity you are not appreciated enough for the great work and service you offer us because of a few of you that makes you all to be painted bad.
