l took my son there after hours the lady took a lunch break while my baby was crying hysterically she came back 10 mins later my baby was still screaming she asked for my nationality she rudely said the whole day she was helping people from my country and it seems like all of us are in SA who is left in our country she asked for my details and a referral l didn't have she told me she wasn't going to help me without a referral she started shouting she said in zulu "bantu bangaphandle liyasixaphaza mani buyelani emakini"my child was in pain and screaming two ambulance nurses came through she turned tables and claimed l was insulting her hence l must go sit down and wait until she was done with them they asked what was going on l explained to them now my child was crying rolling on the hospital floor the ambulance guy spoke to the lady as soon as he left the administration lady's attitude changed she quickly helped me l lodged a complaint no response
