Very disappointed

Hi all, this is just to make you all aware that if you want your meds or your parents meds delivered or a sms notification, this is certainly not the place. Im a active clicks member and especially this rossburgh branch because it's so close to home. But since December 2023 I have not received any sms nofications and no delivery therefore causing delays with my mums chronic medication, and my mum being a pensioner she re**** on this system for an sms and delivery. I've spoken to the branch manager in Dec 2023 and she stated that it's a fault and head office is busy trying to fix it. Then Jan 2024 came and still nothing so I spoke to the manager and the senior pharmacist and he stated he will personally make sure they send the sms. But still no joy. Then eventually I called head office earlier now in March2024 and they got the branch manager /pharmacist to call me and apologize, but yet still there's no resolution to the problem, and I had other customers also complain about not getting the sms and no delivery. So what's the point advertising for prompt service and free delivery when it can't be done.
