Exceptional Service from Azola at Riebeeckshof Spar!

We are always so quick to complain about bad service, but not often enough do we take the time to praise excellent service. So even though this review is a bit late, better late than never!

On 10 November 2025 at 13:31, I purchased groceries at Riebeeckhof Spar, including some chicken. When I got home to Ottery — quite a distance from the store — I discovered the chicken was unfortunately off. Feeling disappointed, I contacted the store, and they referred me to Azola for assistance.

From the moment I spoke to her, Azola was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. Not once did she make me feel like I was an inconvenience or another problem to solve. She immediately reassured me, offered a refund, and even provided a WhatsApp number for easy communication when I was next in the area. When I did return, she handled everything with such grace and professionalism.

Azola is truly an asset to Spar — a beautiful soul with outstanding customer service skills. Well done, Azola! I sincerely hope to see you running that store one day.
