Real **** business! Received Terrible Service from this on line purchasing company! Placed an order and Paid for it on the 8th of July. Up to now 29 July no tracking information shared or any feedback on the progress of my order. The land line number on the site is **** and goes to a Debonairs agent, Got hold of “Mohamed” on the cellphone number promising that the parts will be shipped which never happenef! Do not get ripped of by this **** business!!

Bought VW polo carpets online and no delivery nor communication from this supply regarding the purchase
I have purchased VW polo 9n carpets more than a week ago from this entity, there is no communication from the shop regarding this transaction, no delivery, when I attempt calling, the landline doesn’t work and the cell number when picked up I’m told it’s not for that shop and that I have gotten through to the wrong number. Have sent follow up email with no response. At this stage I am starting to feel like I got ****med.

I have purchased VW polo 9n carpets more than a week ago from this entity, there is no communication from the shop regarding this transaction, no delivery, when I attempt calling, the landline doesn’t work and the cell number when picked up I’m told it’s not for that shop and that I have gotten through to the wrong number. Have sent follow up email with no response. At this stage I am starting to feel like I got ****med.

Bad online shop
In April 2024, contacted the Spares 4 you to confirm availability of a boot spoiler for my E30. They were quick to confirm availability and requested me order online which I did on 25 April 2025. To date, no delivery. I sent follow up messages and was promised that they will update me but nothing happened. I called and no response. It looks like they sell parts that they do not have. The website looked OK and I did not suspect anything may be wrong with the purchase, customer care and most importantly quality of the product. I should have checked Hellopeter reviews before paying. Stay away from this seller if you expect quality service. Also check similar reviews from other dissatisfied customers.

Bad online shop

I have placed an order on January 25, 2025 and have emailed and WhatsApp them, I don't receive any response from them up to now, February 17, 2025. It feels like I have been ****med. They are based in Hendrina, 19 Beukes St, Hendrina, Phone: +27 76 214 9661. They have a website that has allot of products that they are selling. Ordered, Paid, no response from them, just ignore me. This is a **** site, the number goes to various different companies in Hendriena. I bought something i thought was too good to be true but was unable to find it anywhere else so i tried. I contacted them and were promised my order would be shipped that day. its been a month and no order in sight. there has been no comms from their end and now im unable to contact them as it seems im phoning Debonairs now when dialing the number i previously dialed and is on there "invoice" to me.

Useless goods provider
Bought some items over two weeks ago, was quoted 7 day delivery. They delivered to the wrong person and to date, no indication of when I'm getting the correct items delivered . Can't even comment on actual product quality yet because the thing never arrived. Even scared to return it if I'm not happy because just waiting for the order has been stressful enough.WONT buy here again. WILL make public aware of my experience.
