To Johann from the Hyundai department, I struggled for weeks looking for a part for my Hyundai until someone suggested Sparesboyz, I dealt with Johann from the Hyundai department, he was an excellent help with finding the part and keeping me informed about what was happening, he gave me an excellent price and a brilliant service, if you're looking for a part for your car I would highly recommend Sparesboyz, brilliant service definitely 10 out of 10 for Sparesboyz, thank you Johann you're an absolute star, I'll definitely be using you guys again!

Poor after sales service
My issue isn't resolved yet, but I hope that it does. I bought a door and door panel from them, only the door pitched up, and it is BADLY DAMAGED. I am now struggling to connect with the salesman that helped, and everyone else is diverting me. I did get a phone call from someone, that assured me that they will happile refund me, but I don't know who it was, nor do I have this in writing. Not very happy with their after sales.

Excellent service by Muhammad from the Peugeot department who was very accommodating and efficient, with quick and friendly responses. He also managed to source the spares I needed in super quick time. Sparesboys are also one the very few that offer that level of service and their communication through WhatsApp platform makes life so simple.
