Gas ****

On the 30 Jan 2024 I bought Gas at spargs Butterworth on the 15 of Feb my mom called and said the gas was finished. This is not the first time this has happened. I was at home a while back and I bought gas and in one week it was finished and it is used by 2 people only. I did not go back because I had lost the receipt and I thought maybe they have made a mistake but now it's happening again. How is it possible for a gas to not even finish a month
