I would like some clarity on the following please I went to one of you're SPARK ATM'S to withdraw money yesterday immediately after my transaction was approved to dispense the cash I requested from my Capitec account,The SPARK ATM screen just blanked out before I could get my money...I got a notification from my banking app that the money is out of my account,Upon speaking to my banking consultant I was told that I had to wait for 7 - 14 days for this matter to be resolved,what am I supposed to do until then I honestly can't wait that long I've got a family to support,I honestly can't wait that long for my own money and that because an SPARK ATM system malfunction...I just recently got employment what is my family suppose to live off for the next 7-14 days. How is it that somehow SPARK ATM SYSTEM make it seem as if youre liable when things like this happen at their ATM'S.... THIS HAPPEN AT sparkATM Mother Of Plain Butcher Cape Town WCZA
