Poor Customer Care from Sparki Solar

I requested an upgrade on my solar system Spark Solar came and upgraded the system but they left the system not working it's been a month now for me paying for the system that is not working

I have been in contact with them they have sent twice a team of technician and technicians are saying this problem needs an electrician, they have been calling their bosses while on the site reporting what is it that needs to be done(the whole installation needs to be redone)

I have been in contact with both Gosolar and Spark Solar I don't get help except being promised that Andile the technician will come to redo the mess no apology is given as I wait for the technician to come but no one came.

This is costly as I am paying R2500 for nothing system that is not working I realized that when there was no eskom in the area and the solar did not kick in. Cost of living is too high nobody wants to waste money on something that is not working
