Sparki not so sparkling

I suspect the service (or lack of it) from Sparki is the worst I have ever experienced. The only redeeming factor they have is having Tali Klein. She is fantastic and I would think wasted with such a poor company. If it wasn't for Tali I would have had the entire Solar system removed.
