I wrote a review here recently and it was removed, they probably challenged it. Shaun who I assume is part owner of this non-existence company is the most ************* human being I have ever dealt with. We lost over R68K in hiring cost, because he kept our vehicle for 8 whole months, getting a different story each time we call for an update.

My first contact with this company was on 6 September 2024 through Shane, the Operations Manager. I was impressed to learn that the company is ISO9001:2015 QMS certified the first time I delivered the vehicle there. It is 28 January 2024 today and the vehicle was delivered after nearly six months, sending it back once after two days as it was performing worse than before, 42 phone calls to the company and, a lot of arguments with Shane. I have parked the car in the garage and is going to leave it there until I can build the courage to take it for a drive. The person who delivered it already mentioned that the wheel alignment is out and that the car is pulling to the left - this after it was done two days prior of me sending it back for repairs previously. Will it perhaps go back after the drive? I do understand the QMS and I cannot understand how this company got certified! Their approach to customer-centric principles are out of this world as it does not exist. Customer satisfaction is not important to this company. They are talkers, not doers. Please stay away from this company!

The worst experience in my entire existence!!! I actually cannot believe how Shaun can sleep at night knowing very well that he is robbing people. They have had our vehicle since August last year (2023), to do repair work on the gearbox. It became one story after the other, the car was not being fixed, and highly think that they did not know what was supposed to be done on that vehicle but took it anyway. All this time he knows that we have to rent a vehicle while waiting for him to finally fix our car. They are going to get what is coming for them.

Hulle het my voertuig gestamp, en dit eers ontken. Uiters swak vakmanskap!! Gelukkig het Ford foto's geneem voordat hulle hom ingesleep het. (So dus was daar bewyse).Die voertuig herstel sonder om my in kennis te stel van die stamp,maar egter nie goeie werk gedoen nie. Die spaarwiel was spierwit gespray. Die sensors was toe geverf en aanhoudend geskree. Beskou dit as onprofessioneel as 'n besigheid nie hul klante in kennis kan stel indien 'n ongeluk wel op die perseel gebeur nie!! En nou weier hul om die voertuig te herstel. Moet hom na hul toe neem om te herstel. Hul het die eerste keer 'n kans gehad om dit goed te doen en nie by 'n agterplaas paneelklopper nie. So vertrou hul verseker nie vir 'n volgende keer nie.

Excellent service, first time diagnostics got it right after the dealer failed to pick up the problem from 3 days with the vehicle and giving a false report with a ridiculous quote. Spark light got it right, fixed the vehicle and I am back on the road. Thank you guys keep up the great work

Shocking service from these guys who claim to be the best and have the only and best equipment of its type in South Africa. My car was sent in for a shudder when changing gears, they replaced something totally unrelated and claimed the car was ready only to find it was exactly the same. It went back again,1 week later it returned with......exactly the same issue. No updates were given and was assured the car was tested properly, today nearly 1 month later i sit with the same problem just 12k poorer, shocking service and daylight robbery!!!

Shocking service from these guys who claim to be the best and have the only and best equipment of its type in South Africa. It went back again,1 week later it returned with......exactly the same issue. My Gearbox went in for Diagnosis to see what could be faulty as it could not find Reverse gear. The owner now refuses to re-assemble the box yet he confirms "There's no fault". The contradiction is that he says he can't give me back a "faulty " gearbox on the same sentence he says he can't find fault. Instead he insist he will find me another Box which I need to purchase. He blatantly says he refuses to give my Gearbox back. I own the Gearbox so legally I have a right to have it back re-assembled as how it went in to his workshop. I can't be held ransom by a repairer.
