Poor Service
I have placed my order over a month ago and I have yet to have my package delivered. This is really unacceptable and everytime I try emailing them they always inform me that they will update me and expedite the procedure to the courier but nothing gets expedited because I have yet to receive my package up until today

Poor Service

Enchanted Rose Never Delivered
Ordered the enchanted rose 3RD of feb. Its been 3 weeks and i still havemt received it, i also paid more money for the so called "express" option so that it would be on time for valentines.... Highly recommend to stay clear from this business.

Enchanted Rose Never Delivered

Sparkly Roses are stealing peoples funds
I bought the enchanted rose for my wife on the 30th January. The website advised that it will delivered before Valentines day. Its now the 23 February and yet it hasnt arrived. Everytime i query it, I receive an email saying that its on its way and will arrive soon. Then they offered me a 10% discount on my next order. I did not receive my first order and these people expect me to buy again. This is ridiculous.
