MIMOSA MALL SPARKS PARKING
<p>The worst service of the highest degree received at sparks parking mimosa mall. Someone stole my ticket it was a R15 one and now I was forced to pay R30. I request to see a video of the time I got in and I want to see the policy but no help was granted. I felt distraught and victimised and placed between a rock and a hard place. The old man that was in charge from 16:00 on Tuesday the 18th October day light robbed me. I was even crying when I got of their offices. Due to this I'm never ever visiting mimosa mall. They can count my family and I from their customer base!!!!</p>

Sparks Parking personnel in Sandton are fraudsters of the highest order
<p>if you work in Nelson Mandela square and park there from 8-5pm, you must pay R50. The attendants at the exit stations are taking a mesley R10 bribe from motorists and they let them out. This has been going on for some time now. Even the guards wearing the orange jackets also take the R10. shouldn't this money be used to mantain the mall?, now there is leaks everywhere and nothing is being done. one particular lady doesnt even pay for parking, she just presses the button and tells them there is an error with her ticket. surely you guys have cameras, why are you not doing anything about this?, Then let us all out for free if this is what you want. For such a beautiful place like Sandton, i am shocked. i am also not going to pay for my parking from now on.</p>

FALSE ADVERTISING
<br> SPARKS PARKING CLEARLY STATES THAT WHEN U STAY FOR LONG PERIODS AT THE LIBERTY MALL U PAY LESS. i ALWAYS STAY FROM 12PM TO 1030PM AND ALWAYS PAY R4 TO R6. Yesterday after a movie I paid R40. Yes it does state if u park 8 hours you pay R40 but then again i always paid the tarrif mentioned and it clearly states if you stay long u pay less. I phoned the manager and should of taped the conversation as he clearly stated on numerous occasions that his machines were faulty and that he would give me my money back. When i went to the mall he refused and quoted the malls tarriff but clearly stated on the phone that he would. He is a liar,cheat, UnGodly man and dishonest man. His name is Peter Khumabule. He is a dishonest business man. He is only trying to make a quick buck for easter and his so called charges and what he states u pay are two different things. He once is again a dishonest business man. Pitty I didnt tape the conversation. Want the whole of PMB and the whole of SA to know! Dont deal with this man.
