Bad business experience from Securikor Security Services
We have been conducting business with Securicor a Gauteng based business and have experience great unprofessionalism and unruly behaviour, bad business practice bordering on unscrupulous business conduct. We first engaged the company in November 2022 to install a new telephony system for our company. Whilst we we given rental options or cash payment we considered the rental option. We then scrutinised the agreement and were aghast when we realised we would be up for hidden costs not favourable to our business. Before approving the rental option we opted to pay cash for the infrastructure and related system. We also did not want to pursue an additional service agreement with Securicor. Having taken this decision the company wants us to pay penalties and add-ons that was not in line with the agreement. We refused and paid the amount we settled on during the collaboration stage. Since we refused additional services our telephony services were terminated without notice during the first onboarding month by Securicor. Securicor wants payment on submission of their invoice. The invoiced amount is a mere R1620,00 and in the process we lost business to the tune of R265 000,00. We raised this bad practice with Securicor and also requested the termination of the agreement. We submitted to our previous provider a porting request and on 28 February 2023 this request was refused by Securicor. Whilst this was happening Securicor raised their invoice of R1620,00 and on submission of their invoice they terminated our services, refused the porting request and acted with impunity and disregard for our business and our losses associated. We are warning potential consumers to watch the business practice of Securicor. `in the meantime we are also elevating this practice to the relevant business authorities in South Africa as well as the consumer council

No work was done on my case.
Mike Bolhuis and his team were highly unprofessional in their dealings with me. I trusted that they would do a small investigative task for me. Mike never signed the contract he told me to setup. I was assigned a detective, Koos Gerber, and after a year and a half he never reported back to me with the many simple tasks he promised he would do. When I did hear from them, it was because they wanted me to make another deposit for the work they did not do to begin with. When I confronted them about not doing work they reacted very aggressively over the phone. That is a BIG red flag. This is rediculous, and I have no other option than to belief that the SSS Specialized Security Services business is a scam, and this is very disappointing considering the public view Mike Bolhuis as a hero. I had a lot of patience and put up with a lot of disrespect, so do not feel this review is unfair. After two years, no work had been done and my hard earned money was simply just taken by Mike Bolhuis.

EVERYBODY IN SOUTH AFRICA SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF THIS VERDICT!!!!
MR MIKE BOLHUIS JUST A REMINDER FOR YOUR RECORDS: “ON THE 25TH AUGUST 2021, MIKE BOLHUIS/MLB DIENSTE /SPECIALIZED SECURITY SERVICES, WAS FOUND GUILTY ON CHARGE 1 AND 3 ON THE CHARGE SHEET AND GIVEN: COUNT 1: A WARNING AS PERSCRIBED UNDER REGULATION 25 (1)(a) COUNT 3: A FINE OF R50,000.00 AS PRESCRIBED UNDER REGULATION 25 (1)(d)” We trust that this will be a determent not to unlawfully take money from vulnerable old people who lost their only son and do nothing in return. Now,after 8 years ducking & diving you must pay R50,000.00 i.s.o. R20,000.00 and we are so happy about this verdict!!!!! We warned you in 2015 at the hearing at Port Elizabeth, not to mess with us. EVERYBODY IN SOUTH AFRICA SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF THIS VERDICT!!!! KARMA!!! Have a VERY nice day!!!!
