Great Rood Repair Contractor.
I have just had roof waterproofing and gutter replacement done at my home using Speedy Rood Repairs. What a joy to work with a company that gives prompt feedback, arrive on site at the scheduled time and do a job that I am happy and satisfied with. As a professional engineer, I work with many contractors and this company and its staff is certainly one of the best I have worked with in recent years. The quote was reasonable and the quality top notch. Thanks to Liz and Helge and their site teams

Deceptive name and discriminatory service
After receiving a pamphlet drop, I called to get someone from Speedy Roof Repairs to give me a quote on one the services they provide, which is fitting Skylights. The gentleman arrived after a week given that they were quite busy. After telling him what I needed done and sending my email address to his assistant, I waited for another week to get a quote. this never arrived. And now, a week later still no quote. So I'm wondering maybe the job I have is just too small or am I dealing with a little more than bad service here, perhaps discrimination? I feel that if people cannot keep to the promise in their name then they should not be in business.

Poor workmanship and dodgy hiring practices
Contracted them to fix another bad job. Owner Helge sent his team with paper drawings of areas to be worked. Supervisor Gerhard is hopeless. Mixing and matching different style gutters, shoddy workmanship (fitting and paint job). They hired a casual on last day of work and the following day my house was broken into and lost valuable items. Their office confirmed and later denied hiring casual workers. Owner says casual worker was hired to distribute pamphlets. Right! On subsequent review of my CCTV footage I noticed that they breached my electric fence to get their ladders over the perimeter. Don’t bother hiring them!!! They are the worst contractors I know.
