Disappointed in service and attitude
I had my vehicle done at Speedy services Paarl on the 1st December 2018. Took it in just for wheel alignment, balancing and rotation. I ended up having to fix other things on my vehicle which they bright to my attention which I did not mind having fixed as it was necessary. After having it all done and paid just over R4000 I would expected them to go the extra mile after I phoned them on the same day on my way to a weekend away to advise them my car is pulling to the left. The service supervisor, Jonathan said no problem I can bring in my vehicle they will have a look at it. I just got back from them today very disgusted in the manner my car was looked at. The guy, Michael took it out for a drive cane back pulled up at the ramp without advising me what they doing. I had to ask Jonathan but why are they taking the wheels off again shouldn't they just recheck the alignment. So basically they just irritated my tyres to what it was previously. I then get told that the roads we drive on is not even and that causes the car to pull to the left. The car never pulled to the prior to the time of them working on it. This Michael guy had a very bad attitude, the manager did not even bother to come nearer to ask what the problem was. So R4000 was in their bank account and they couldn't care further about customer service. Very disgruntled client. Never again at Speedy Paarl ?

Extra mile
Vehicle shocks replaced on 11/04, some extra parts required and Pieter went the extra mile to obtain the additional parts and realigned and balanced the wheels without any extra costs. He was very helpful and did a great job replacing my vehicle's shocks. Great service received and I will surely visit this branch again.
