I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Spitfire Furniture. On 5 November 2025, I purchased a couch from them with a promised delivery timeframe of 8–10 weeks. Today, 18 March 2026, I am still waiting — more than four months later — with no delivery and no clear resolution. Throughout this period, I have followed up multiple times and have repeatedly been given empty promises. Each time, I was assured that delivery was imminent, yet nothing has materialised. The lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable. In particular, dealing with their receptionist, Lydia, has been frustrating. I have received consistent assurances that have simply not been honoured, which reflects very poorly on the company’s customer service. This experience has been stressful and disappointing. I strongly caution others: think twice before purchasing from this company, as their delivery commitments and communication cannot be re**** upon.

My experience with Spitfire Furniture has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I ordered a leather couch in November 2025, and four months later I am still waiting with no delivery and no clear communication. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, my calls are often avoided or ignored. On the few occasions that I do get hold of someone, I am given delivery dates that come and go with no delivery and no follow-up communication. After months of broken promises, delays, and lack of accountability, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. At this point, the entire experience feels extremely unprofessional and concerning. I strongly caution others to think twice before ordering from Spitfire Furniture based on my experience.

I urge all customers of Spitfire furniture to be alert and not be decieted by this company as your money will be taken and you will wait forever on your furniture.... He completely refuses to pay us even after his work is done and finds ways to manipulates people into doing his work then don't pay them... I can confidently say that there are numerous customers who has been waiting on their furniture for up to 2 years. We placed and paid for a large order on 30 October with a written guarantee to deliver by 15 December. On 7 January I received another guarantee that it will be delivered by 14 January. STILL NO FURNITURE. I cannot reach them telephonically at all! I ASSUME YOUR PHONES HAS BEEN CUT. We cannot determine whether they are still in business. We warned them that they already have a very bad reputation in the market with regards to delivery times and keeping to promises. THIS IS 19 JANUARY AND STILL NO DELIVERY. Should we sue you??????????????????????? I requested that the CEO phones me, that has also not happened. I suggest you contact me very urgently to avoid legal action

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Spitfire Furniture. After waiting four months for my couch to be delivered, I received no communication from the company about delivery dates or times. The couch was suddenly delivered on a day I was not home and left in my garden despite Spitfire having assured me, after I had to phone repeatedly, that assistance would be provided to help move and position the furniture. When I contacted the company for clarity, the owner phoned me repeatedly and spoke to me in an unprofessionally defensive and rude manner, insisting that delivery issues were “not his fault” because they outsource. This is not an acceptable excuse - customers buy from Spitfire, not their outsourced partners. To make matters worse, the receptionist imp**** that it would be “unfair” for me to leave a Hellopeter review, instead of acknowledging the legitimate service failure. Between the long delay, the total lack of communication, the unannounced drop-off, and the unprofessional response when raising concerns, my experience has been frustrating, inconvenient, and frankly unacceptable. High-end furniture requires high-end service. Spitfire Furniture fell far below that standard. Whilst the product is good, their staff telling me they are "putting our fires" plus the bad service is no excuse.
