Splendid living properties - Laura

I've recently interacted with Laura and to my amaze the lady did not uphold her end of the agreement. I purchased a set of swim fins of which she mentioned that I should check them out and revert back. I obviously paid for the item upon collection under pretense that it would be taken back if they were not conducive as was the agreement with her.

After trying them out, they were too long for lap swimming at the gym and I asked if Laura could kindly honor the agreement of taking them back. She refused.

This is an awareness of the manner in which she deals with people. I also seen another post of someone who was refused there rental money refund by her.

Please be wary when dealing with the company and with Laura.
