We recently partnered with Spoc Managed Services to overhaul our telephony and internet infrastructure — and the difference has been night and day. Their team took the time to understand our needs and implemented a Hosted PBX system with mobile extensions that keep us connected wherever we are. Support is fast, knowledgeable, and proactive. We also love the added benefit of being able to log service requests and product enquiries directly from their new website — a real time-saver! If your business is looking to modernize its communication setup, improve uptime, and reduce telecom costs — I highly recommend giving Spoc a call.

Excellent service to start with but poor aftersales support as they are not willing to come back and sort out issues after installation has been completed without additional payment.

We bought a PABX system from Spoc, we where promised that the system will be installed no later than the 8th of January and will be working. It is 3 months later numerous promises have been made and we have spoken all of the sales people, including management and the MD, without avail. they sold us something that they cannot deliver on, they have taken a deposit, we also have 4 lines that are not working on the moment. We are also not phoned back as promised

SPOC supplied our telephone equipment and IT network infrastructure and they arranged for a temporary Neoflex Voice Service to enable us to make calls while the telephone lines where being sorted. After the lines were put in place we advised SPOC to cancel the Neoflex service but they did not and Neotel continued to bill us for the Neoflex and the fixed telephone lines from November 2013. We only noticed that we were being billed for the two services early in 2015. Both the service provider SPOC and Neotel have refused to issue a credit note for the Neoflex service. We feel this is very unfair to us since we informed the service provider and they did not take the necessary action.<br> <br> I really think its time to move to a more competent service provider.
